Cyberpunk 2077 Fortnite Crossover: Why No Male V?
Fortnite players eagerly awaited the Cyberpunk 2077 crossover, and the resulting item set was a hit. However, the absence of the male version of protagonist V sparked fan speculation. Many theories emerged, analyzing CD Projekt Red's marketing strategies. The truth, however, is much simpler.

Patrick Mills, Cyberpunk 2077 loremaster and decision-maker, explained the omission. The bundle was designed for only two characters, one of which had to be Johnny Silverhand. This left no space for both male and female versions of V. With Johnny being male, selecting the female V was a logical choice, further influenced by Mills' personal preference.

The decision was purely pragmatic, not a calculated move. This marks Keanu Reeves' second Fortnite skin appearance, following the addition of John Wick.
