Troubleshooting:

1. Login Issues: Login failures may stem from several issues:

• Mismatched Credentials: Ensure your interactive user and VUU user details align.
• Inactive/Unauthorized Account: Verify your VIU account is active and authorized. A blank page often indicates this.
• Expired Session: Sessions expire; log out and back in using the top-right logout button.

2. Password Reset: Reset your password through the Interactive system; it's synchronized with the Veli Communication Triangle.

3. Missing Notifications: Enable app notifications within your device's settings (Settings > Applications > Parent Communication Triangle). Logging out and back in may also resolve this.

4. Frequent Updates: Regular updates reflect ongoing improvements to the app's functionality and various authorization levels within the parent-teacher communication system.

5. Unresolved Issues: For problems not addressed above, email [email protected] with your username, device model, and app version. Alternatively, use the in-app "Support" button for automated assistance.
