While Palworld is still in early access, Pocketpair keeps the excitement alive with regular updates that introduce unique pals and new islands. The Feybreak update, in particular, has brought over 20 new pals to the game, significantly expanding the Palworld universe. However, navigating to the new Feybreak Island can be tricky for newcomers due to the vastness of the Palpagos Islands archipelago. This guide will help you find the best route to reach Feybreak Island in Palworld.

Feybreak Island Location Guide In Palworld

Feybreak Island is a large island located in the far southwest corner of the Palpagos Islands archipelago. You can spot it from the southern coast of Mount Obsidian. To reach Feybreak Island, start your journey from Fisherman’s Point, a fast travel location on the southern coast of Mount Obsidian. From there, use a flying or water mount to cross the ocean and reach Feybreak Island.

If you haven’t unlocked the Mount Obsidian region yet, you'll need to head southeast and equip heat-resistant armor to unlock fast travel points in Mount Obsidian. This fiery island is one of the tallest locations in Palworld and is visible from many areas in the game.

For those who prefer a longer journey, you can head directly to Feybreak Island from Sea Breeze Archipelago without stopping at Fisherman’s Point in Mount Obsidian.

What To Do On Feybreak Island In Palworld

The Feybreak update is the largest expansion Palworld has seen to date. Feybreak Island is over three times the size of Sakurajima island, which was released in Summer 2024. The island is teeming with high-level new pals that can pose a significant threat to unprepared players.

Upon arriving at Feybreak Island, your first task should be to activate the Scorched Ashland fast travel point on the island's northern coast. As you explore, you'll encounter powerful pals and a new faction of enemies known as the Feybreak Warriors. Activating the fast travel point ensures you can quickly return to the island if you die.

Note that using flying mounts is prohibited on Feybreak Island. Attempting to fly will trigger the warning, “Entering Anti-Air Zone! Dismount your Pal to avoid being shot down.” This warning is serious, as homing missiles will target you if you remain mounted. Instead, use fast ground mounts like Fenglope to explore the island until you disable all missile launchers scattered around the area.

Once you’ve explored the island, you can focus on capturing the newly added pals or collecting new resources such as Chromalite and Hexolite. These resources are crucial for crafting new equipment and building structures introduced in the Palworld Feybreak update.

When you're ready for a challenge, you can raid the Feybreak Tower boss, Bjorn & Bastigor. However, to face this boss, you must first defeat three alpha pals — Dazzy Noct, Caprity Noct, and Omascul — and collect their bounty tokens. Only then will you earn the right to challenge the Feybreak Tower boss.
