Monster Hunter Now's Festive Extravaganza: Happy Hunting New Year and Beyond!

Christmas is just around the corner, and soon we'll be saying goodbye to 2024! Niantic is celebrating the holidays in Monster Hunter Now with a special event: the annual Happy Hunting New Year celebration, starting December 23rd. Expect year-end deals and exclusive in-game items to make your 2024 send-off memorable.

This update brings limited-time quests until December 31st, rewarding players with Palisnow to exchange for exclusive items, including a festive Lagombi Christmas Sweater layered equipment. You can also earn the Happy Hunting New Year 2025 Medal and a Final Hunt 2024 guild card background. Boost your chances of acquiring powerful armor skills like Critical Boost and Fire Attack by hunting rare monsters such as Gold Rathian, Black Diablos, and Coral Pukei-Pukei for Mysterious Driftstones.

The New Year festivities continue into 2025! From January 1st to January 5th, enjoy increased appearance rates for Deviljho, Zinogre, and Rajang, giving you a better chance to obtain the First Hunt 2025 guild card background.
