Genshin Impact Leaks Reveal Details About Natlan's Pyro Archon

New details about Genshin Impact's upcoming Pyro Archon from Natlan have emerged from recent leaks. The Archons, also known as The Seven, are powerful gods overseeing Teyvat's seven regions. Each Archon represents a region, element, and set of ideals. Fontaine's Hydro Archon, Lady Furina, recently joined the game, and with Natlan's imminent arrival, anticipation builds for its Pyro Archon.

Natlan, confirmed as the next major region in Genshin Impact update 5.0 (or later), is known as the Pyro nation. Reliable leaker, Uncle K, has shed light on the Pyro Archon's story and abilities. The leak suggests the Archon's narrative will provoke Apep, one of Sumeru's legendary Elemental Dragons, possibly hinting at a geographical connection between Natlan and Sumeru.

Expected Abilities and Release

Uncle K's leaks indicate the Pyro Archon will possess potent on-field and off-field capabilities, a common trait among Archons. Similar to Raiden Shogun, maximizing the character's potential will likely require Constellation levels of at least 2. One ability is expected to enhance the entire team's survivability, while the C6 effect will provide a team-wide buff.

It's crucial to approach these leaks with caution. The Pyro Archon's playable release is likely several months away – possibly three to four – following HoYoverse's established pattern of releasing Archons two updates after a new region's debut (Nahida in 3.2, Furina in 4.2).

The Archon's Identity: Murata?

The identity of Natlan's Archon remains uncertain. Genshin Impact's storyline confirms the existence of at least two Pyro Archons, one named Murata. The connection between Murata and Vennessa, a Mondstadt warrior from the "children of Murata" tribe, is intriguing. However, the tribe's long departure and forgotten history complicate this connection, leaving the question of whether Murata is the past or present Archon unanswered.
