Lost Shipment Mystery in 'Brighter Shores': Guide to Resolution

In Brighter Shores, the Brannof family needs your help recovering a lost shipment of weapons. This guide details how to complete "The Lost Shipment" quest.

Starting the Quest:

Find Brannof Hall's dining room (off Brannof Boulevard, near the Town Square). Speak with Cohen; he'll reveal the missing weapons and provide two leads. Crucially, talk to him again to receive both clues before leaving.

Completing the Quest:

You must follow two investigative paths. Remove any Town Guard gear to avoid suspicion.

1. Captain Shirker:

Find Captain Shirker on his ship, The Vincible (southeast of town). After a meal at The Delectable Dab (near Town Square), he'll mention a man in a blue waistcoat.

Locate the Man in a Waistcoat (Town Square). He'll direct you to "The Illusion," a weapons dealer, and suggests impersonating "Sam" (who has a monobrow).

Visit the hairdresser (Old Street West) for a monobrow (costs 8 Silver and 280 Copper).

2. The Hooked Hand:

Investigate The Hooked Hand restaurant (near Eel Street). Speak to patrons until you're directed to the Frequently Fresh Fish Stall.

Find the Fishmonger (past Eel Street Bridge). You need a Fetid Flounder (requires Level 25 Fishing Skill). Use a quill, ink, and paper (found on Lord Brannof's desk) to write a note and hide it in the fish.

Give the fish to the Fishmonger, hide nearby, and observe the Furtive Stranger who buys it.

Follow the Stranger (Willhope Crossing to Monab Row). Remove your Guard armor to show your monobrow, identify yourself as "Sam," defeat the thief (Level 30), and reclaim the plumbatae.

Return the plumbatae to Brannof Hall to complete the quest.
