Priced similarly to the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070, the RX 9070 delivers superior performance in most games we tested and comes with 16GB of VRAM compared to the RTX 5070's 12GB, suggesting better future-proofing. It also consumes about the same amount of power as the RTX 5070.

The AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT received a perfect score of 10/10 from us. Despite being $150 cheaper than the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, the 9070 XT outperforms it in several games, with some benchmarks showing a significant gap. Both cards come equipped with 16GB of VRAM, matching the 5070 Ti. However, the 9070 XT does consume more power and runs hotter on average than the RTX 5070 Ti.
