Mancala games

This two-player board game app offers a digital take on the Mancala family of games. Mancala games are turn-based strategy games played with seeds or counters and rows of pits. The goal is typically to capture more pieces than your opponent. This app features several variations including Kalah, Oware, and Congkak.

The game board consists of six smaller pits (houses) on each side, and a larger pit (store) at each end. The number of seeds initially placed in each house varies depending on the game chosen.

Kalah Game Rules (summarized):

1. Start with a set number of seeds in each house.
2. Players take turns sowing seeds from one of their houses, moving counter-clockwise, filling each house (excluding the opponent's store) with one seed.
3. Capturing occurs if the last seed lands in an empty house owned by the player, and the opposite house has seeds; both are captured and added to the player's store.
4. Landing the last seed in the player's store grants an extra turn.
5. The game ends when one player has no more seeds in their houses. Remaining seeds are added to the winner's store.

Oware Game Rules (summarized):

1. Begin with a set number of seeds per house.
2. Players sow seeds counter-clockwise, skipping the starting house and the opponent's store.
3. Capturing happens when the last sown seed brings the count of an opponent's house to exactly two or three. This can trigger a chain reaction of captures.
4. If an opponent has no seeds, the player must make a move giving the opponent seeds; otherwise, they capture all remaining seeds on their side, ending the game.
5. The game ends when one player captures over half the seeds, or a draw occurs with each player having half.
