Frantics

To play Frantics™ on PlayStation®4, you'll need the Frantics™ Companion App. Here's everything you need to know about using the app and important updates as of December 14, 2023.

Important Announcement for Android Users

If you've already downloaded the Frantics™ Companion App to your current device or it's in your library, you can continue playing the game. However, note that the app is no longer available for download on the Google Play Store for devices running Android OS versions newer than Android 11.

For Apple iOS Users

You can continue to play the game with the Frantics™ Companion App regardless of your iOS version.

How to Play Frantics™ with the Companion App

Frantics™ offers a variety of quirky mini-games for up to four players, from crazy arena brawls to wacky races. Your charmingly unfair fox host will guide you through the game, sometimes helping you sabotage your rivals (but be wary, as he's assisting them too!).

To join the fun:

1. Connect Your Devices: Ensure your PS4™ console is on the same Wi-Fi network as your smartphone or tablet.
2. Use Your Device as a Controller: Shake, tilt, swipe, and snap to play. You might even get secret mission calls from the Fox.

With the app, you can:

• Choose your animal and shake to randomize it.
• Take a selfie to identify players.
• Play cooperatively or sabotage others in mini-games.
• Receive texts and calls from the Fox to gain an advantage.

Supported Languages

The Frantics™ Companion App supports multiple languages including English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Turkish, Greek, Czech, Hungarian, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Mexican Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese.
