Lead the resistance with hundreds of warriors from different cultures all over the world. Focus on one individual or step back to command an entire army at your fingertips. Combining world-dominating strategy with fully interactive battles, this game offers the best of both worlds! And just when you think it's over, history might just repeat itself...

UPGRADES

This game is primarily free to play, but you can enhance your experience by upgrading. Choose which side to support and decide how much territory you want to start with. Additionally, indulge in fantasy battles between any two cultures with as many warriors as your device can handle! For those who enjoy customization, you can edit every character in the game. Please note, though, that there are up to 1,000 characters that are regularly updated.

CONTROLS

When you're in control of a specific character, you can opt for either the "Classic" one-handed control system or the "Dual Wield" mode, where each hand is controlled independently. If you're new to these controls from previous games in the series, you can pause the game at any time by pressing the dateline and consult the "Controls" guide. Keep an eye out for in-game hints provided in scrolls or books that you can read.

Switching between team members is easy—just tap their health meter or point to them on the battlefield. To enter "Commander" mode, tap the arrows at the bottom of the screen. From here, you can direct any active team member by swiping from their current location to another. Whether you're instructing them to relocate, engage an enemy, or pick up an object, they'll interpret your commands. Remember, though, they'll act on these instructions at their own pace and according to their priorities.

Regardless of your device or chosen control method, you can always zoom in or out by pinching the center of the screen.

MAP

In the main "Campaign" mode, your goal is to expand your territory by moving units from one area to an adjacent one. You can either "fortify" an existing territory or attempt to seize a rival one. Keep in mind that only 50% of the units in a territory can move, making invasions more challenging than defense.

The population of any inhabited territory may increase after each round, making it crucial to control as many territories as possible. Units will also heal over time, so consider managing different locations each turn.

PERFORMANCE

This is my most ambitious game to date and may require a high-end device to run smoothly at full capacity. To optimize performance, you might want to keep the "Population" setting low to reduce the number of characters on screen, or adjust other settings in the "Display" options.
