Originally launched in July 2005, 7Timer! was an innovative project backed by the National Astronomical Observatories of China. It underwent significant updates in 2008 and 2011 and is now supported by the Shanghai Astronomical Observatory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The creator, a dedicated stargazer, developed this tool to combat the unpredictability of weather, providing a valuable resource for fellow astronomy enthusiasts.
