SURE Universal adheres to a strict privacy policy (see our website for details), ensuring no unauthorized access to user data and no sign-in required for remote control usage. During installation, we request the following user permissions:

1. Identity - for billing purposes if you choose to subscribe to the ad-free version.
2. Location - for advertising and future IoT enhancements.
3. Photos/Media/Files - to enable streaming media from your phone to a Smart TV.
4. Microphone - to facilitate voice commands.
5. WiFi - for connecting to your Smart TV.
6. Device ID & Call Info - to mute your Smart TV when your phone rings (this feature can be enabled in settings).
