Royal Petrol

Royal Petrol LLP, owner of the Royal Petrol and Continent gas station networks, proudly presents its loyalty program. Designed for both existing and new customers, this program rewards purchases with bonus points (Bonuses), exclusive discounts, and special offers tailored to member preferences.

These rules govern participation in the loyalty program.

A Participant is any individual, 14 years or older, legally authorized to conduct minor household transactions and registered in the program according to these rules. Participants must possess an individual identification number (IIN) as per Kazakhstani law.

The Participant Questionnaire collects information from individuals seeking program enrollment. By completing the Questionnaire, Participants voluntarily consent to the processing of their personal data (as defined by Law No. 94-V of the Republic of Kazakhstan, May 21, 2013, “On Personal Data and Their Protection”). Data processing methods include advertising and informational mailings via email, instant messaging, SMS, phone, and mail; automated processing and database creation. This consent remains valid until revoked in writing.

A Virtual Card is an electronic card generated within the Mobile Application; no physical card exists.

The Mobile Application is Royal Petrol's software for iOS and Android devices. Royal Petrol LLP owns the Mobile Application.

Bonus points (Bonuses) are awarded for purchases at Royal Petrol stations, as defined by the program. 1 Bonus equals 1 Kazakhstani tenge. Bonuses are redeemable only at Royal Petrol stations.

A Program Participant's Bonus account records accrued and redeemed Bonuses and the current balance.
