Obtaining the striking Stormcrow mount, Thrayir, Eyes of the Siren, is a thrilling endeavor in World of Warcraft. This guide details the process of acquiring this coveted flying mount, located within the Siren's Isle zone of the War Within expansion. The acquisition involves navigating the island during a specific weather event, the Storm, and collecting various Runekeys.

Gathering the Runekeys:

The quest for Thrayir requires five unique Runekeys:

• Whirling Runekey: This key drops from the rare spawn, Ksvir the Forgotten, found within the Forgotten Vault's southernmost chamber during a Storm event.

• Torrential Runekey: Collect seven Torrential Fragments from any enemy on Siren's Isle while a Storm is active.

• Thunderous Runekey: Gather five Thunderous Fragments from chests scattered across Siren's Isle. Unlike other fragments, these can be found regardless of the Storm's presence.

• Cyclonic Runekey: This key is obtained through fishing in Siren's Isle waters during a Storm or as a potential drop from Zek’ul the Shipbreaker in Deadfin Mire.

• Turbulent Runekey: Locate three Turbulent Fragments at these specific locations near Kul Tiran ghosts:

  • Behind the abandoned inn, dig in the garden.
  • Inside a cave in the Rotting Hole zone (the ghost will be cowering).
  • Inside the Spirit-Scarred Cave (the ghost offers the fragment).

The Final Ritual:

With all five Runekeys in hand, return to the Forgotten Vault during the Seafury Tempest phase of the Storm. Only during this phase will the ritual be triggered. Proceed to the Vault's eastern chamber, where Thrayir awaits. Place each Runekey in its corresponding runestone slot. This will initiate the quest, "Thrayir, Eyes of the Siren."
