SEGA Launches New Account System with Free DLC Incentive

SEGA has introduced a new account system, the SEGA Account, designed to centralize access to SEGA and Atlus news, exclusive in-game benefits, and cross-platform account linking. This new platform offers a single point of access for players to manage their SEGA gaming experience.

The SEGA Account provides users with updates on game releases, upcoming events, and promotions. Account holders gain access to exclusive bonuses and the ability to easily track their gaming progress across multiple platforms. Future plans include comprehensive game history tracking.

To celebrate the launch, players who create a SEGA Account and link a compatible Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth platform account (Steam, PlayStation Network, or Xbox) before March 7th will receive a code for the free Kazuma Kiryu Special Outfit DLC for Goro Majima. Codes will be distributed starting February 17th, redeemable in-game from February 28th.

Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis (NGS) players linking their SEGA Accounts will receive 300 Star Gems, 100 C/Endymio, 500 Card Scratch Tickets, 3 Beauty Salon Passes, 3 Color Change Passes, and a special Sega logo lobby action.

The launch of the SEGA Account fuels speculation regarding SEGA's ambitious "Super Game" project, announced in 2022.
