New Rainbow Six Operator: Rauora Unveiled

Ubisoft unveiled the newest Rainbow Six Siege operator, Rauora, at the Six Invitational. This New Zealand attack operator boasts a unique gadget: the DOM launcher.
The DOM launcher is a deployable, bulletproof shield designed for doorways. While indestructible by bullets, it's vulnerable to explosives. A crucial tactical element is its differing activation times: one second for attackers, three seconds for defenders. This time differential could be game-changing, especially when the defuser is planted.

Rauora also brings the Reaper MK2, a new fully automatic pistol with a red dot sight and high-capacity magazine, to the game. Her other weapon options include the M249 LMG and the 417 marksman rifle.
Rauora will be playable on the test servers within the next week, with a later release date for the main game.
