Pokémon Go Tour returns next year and we’re heading to the Unova region this time

The Pokémon Go Tour: Unova is back in 2025, bringing the excitement of the Unova region to life! This year's tour offers both in-person and global experiences.

In-person events will be held in Taiwan (New Taipei Metropolitan Park) and Los Angeles (Rose Bowl Stadium) from February 21st to 23rd. These ticketed events ($25 USD in LA or NT$630 in Taipei) offer exclusive gameplay, seasonal themes, and legendary stories. A Masterwork Research task allows for the first-ever encounter with Shiny Meloetta! An optional Egg-thusiast ticket add-on unlocks Shiny Maractus, Sigilyph, and Bouffalant from 10km Eggs. Shiny Deerling, the seasonal Pokémon, also makes its debut.

A special research story focusing on Reshiram and Zekrom and the fate of the world will also be available.

For those unable to attend the in-person events, a global event will take place on March 1st and 2nd. This free, ticketless event offers all the Unova-themed content, albeit a week later.
