Pokémon Center Hiroshima's Gyarados Plaza is Oddly Not a Water Park

The Pokémon Center Hiroshima is moving! It will temporarily close in March 2025 and reopen at a new location in April 2025. But before it closes, get ready for the grand opening of the Gyarados Plaza!

Pokémon Center Hiroshima's Relocation & Gyarados Plaza Launch

The Pokémon Center Hiroshima, open since June 2015, will relocate from its current location on the 6th floor of Sogo Hiroshima’s Main Building to the second floor of Ekie, the north exit of Hiroshima Station, around April 2025.

Meanwhile, the exciting new Gyarados Plaza by Pokémon Center Hiroshima will debut on March 24, 2025, on the rooftop of Soramoa Plaza in the new Hiroshima Station building, Minamoa. This plaza features large play equipment designed after Gyarados, Hiroshima's symbolic Pokémon, offering a fun space for visitors of all ages. Initially, reservations will be required to use the playground equipment; details will be announced on the official Minamoa website.

Current Pokémon Center Hiroshima hours are 10:00 am to 7:30 pm, Monday to Sunday.

Poke-lun TV Nationwide Event

To celebrate Poke-lun TV surpassing 1 million subscribers, Pokémon Centers nationwide (including Hiroshima, before its closure) are hosting a special event. From January 17th to February 16th, 2025, obtain an original sticker by visiting any participating Pokémon Center and providing a password found in a Poke-lun TV YouTube video (posted December 19, 2024).

Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo, Osaka, and Okinawa will also feature Poke-lun TV studio-style photo spots with the channel's hosts: Takkun, Tokichan, Ha-chan, Tai-chan, and Riri-chan.
