Monster Hunter Now's Season 5: The Blossoming Blade is almost here! Niantic has unveiled all the exciting details for this upcoming season, launching March 6th, 2025. Prepare for new challenges, weapons, a Season Pass, and formidable monsters.

Pre-Season Sneak Peek:

Before Season 5 officially begins, players can encounter the Chatacabra starting February 28th, marking its debut before its appearance in Monster Hunter Wilds. Upon Season 5's launch, Glavenus and Arzuros will join the hunt.

Weapon Enhancements:

Expect balance adjustments to enhance the viability and enjoyment of all weapon types. The Sword & Shield receives a buff, improving tail-breaking efficiency. The Perfect Rush Combo (SP) will reward precise timing with amplified power and more satisfying combos. The Guard skill also sees significant improvement; higher skill levels now noticeably reduce damage taken while blocking. Further details on these and other tweaks will be included in the full patch notes on March 6th.

More Season 5 Features:

A persistent inventory problem is addressed with the introduction of an Item Box Expansion, available as a Supply Item, providing an additional 250 inventory slots.

Celebrating Monster Hunter Now's 1.5-Year Anniversary on March 17th, a new material trading feature will allow players to exchange special materials earned from hunts and events for valuable rewards, including Item Box Expansions, Weapon Refining Parts, Armor Refining Parts, and Wyvern Gem Shards.
