Join Dates for All Party Members in Metaphor: ReFantazio Revealed

In Metaphor: ReFantazio, the protagonist is joined by a diverse group of seven additional party members who actively participate in combat throughout the journey. Gallica, who joins right from the start, plays a unique role but doesn't engage in combat to the full extent of the other members. Each new ally joins on specific days tied to the game's storyline, and knowing these dates can help you prepare for their arrival. Each Party Member & What Day They Join In Metaphor: ReFantazio

Every party member in Metaphor: ReFantazio awakens to a unique Archetype, which can subsequently be utilized by other party members. Initially, some companions join without immediate combat control, but this changes as they awaken to their Archetypes just before engaging in battles for the first time.

Storhl - Warrior

Storhl is your first ally, joining you on 6/5 during the Border Fort events. However, he won't awaken to his Archetype until the next day, 6/6, in the Nord Mines. Until his awakening, Storhl remains an AI-controlled party member.

Grius

Grius joins the team post-Border Fort but doesn't participate in battles until 6/6. Once Storhl awakens, you can assign an Archetype to Grius, making him a regular, albeit non-awakened, party member.

Hulkenberg - Knight

Hulkenberg begins interacting with your party on 6/10 but doesn't awaken to her Archetype or fully join until the boss fight on 6/11.

Heismay - Thief

Heismay is your first focus during free time in Martira. On 7/4, you'll witness his awakening in the town's main dungeon, followed by his official joining of the party.

Junah - Masked Dancer

Junah, a character you encounter throughout the game, joins your party upon her awakening on 8/13.

Eupha - Summoner

Eupha offers more flexibility in joining your party. Between 8/19-9/4, during your free time on Viraga Island, you can complete the Dragon Temple Dungeon. Eupha joins the party for the final boss on the day you finish the dungeon, but her Bond can only be initiated after the deadline.

Basilio - Berserker

Basilio awakens and joins during the Saint's Day events on 9/11. However, you won't be able to use him in combat until the day after if you choose to do so.
