Wuthering Waves' Version 2.1 will introduce Phoebe and Brant as the next 5-Star Rinascita characters. The recently released Version 2.0 update included the 5-Star Glacio pistol-wielding Carlotta, currently featured alongside Zhezhi until January 23rd. Roccia, a Havoc unit, will conclude the 2.0 character additions. Following their release, only Zani will remain from the initially teased Rinascita characters.
