In MySims, Essences are collectible items vital for crafting and creating paints. They range from in-world items like apples and flowers to those obtained through interactions. Categorized as Emotions, Living Things, and Objects, each Essence has a thematic link, ensuring you build items that please your Sims. Most Essences serve as physical components or custom paint ingredients in Build Mode.
