How To Demand a Trade in MLB The Show 25 Road to the Show
In MLB The Show 25, even the lush green fields of San Diego can get a little stale. Thankfully, San Diego Studio's baseball sim lets you shake things up with a trade request in Road to the Show mode. Here's how to orchestrate your move to a new team.
After your high school career, you'll choose between college or going pro. Either path leads to the big leagues, but sometimes a change of scenery is just what you need. While previous versions let you directly request a trade, MLB The Show 25 has tweaked the process.
You can't directly demand a trade. However, there's a clever workaround. Head to the Sliders section within Road to the Show settings. You'll find a "Trade Frequency" option. Maximize this setting to significantly increase the likelihood of trades happening—including your own.

This doesn't guarantee an immediate trade; other teams need to notice your talent first. Once you're generating buzz, your agent will alert you to incoming trade offers. Carefully consider your options, as there's no guarantee of further opportunities. Once you've found a new home, remember to lower the Trade Frequency slider to avoid constant trade inquiries.
That's how you effectively "demand" a trade in MLB The Show 25's Road to the Show. Looking for more tips? Check out our guide on the best pitching settings!
