How To Get Costume Minccino in Pokemon GO

The Pokémon GO Fashion Week event is back, featuring returning costumed Pokémon and a new addition: costumed Minccino and Cinccino!

Costume Minccino Release Date:

The stylish Minccino and Cinccino, sporting rhinestone glasses and bows, debuted during Fashion Week 2025, running from January 10th to 19th, 2025. Shiny Costume Minccino was available, but a Shiny Costume Cinccino was not.

This year's Fashion Week also brings back costumed Butterfree, Dragonite, Diglett, Blitzle, Kirlia, Shinx, and various Furfrou forms in the wild and Raids.

How to Catch Costume Minccino:

Unlike previous events, obtaining Costume Minccino is limited:

• One-Star Raids: Costume Minccino appeared in One-Star Raids, easily soloable. However, other Pokémon like Shinx and Furfrou also appeared in these raids, requiring some searching.

• Paid Timed Research: A $5 (or local equivalent) ticket guaranteed Costume Minccino encounters, along with XP, Stardust, and a new avatar pose.

• Field Research Tasks: While event-themed Pokémon encounters were offered through Field Research, Niantic's blog didn't specify if Minccino was included, suggesting it might be exclusive to the paid research.

Obtaining Costume Cinccino:

To get Costume Cinccino, evolve your Costume Minccino using 50 Candies and a Unova Stone.
