Where to Congratulate the Newlyweds in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 (KCD2)
Some seemingly simple quest objectives in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2* can be surprisingly tricky. Completing the "Wedding Crashers" main quest, for example, requires knowing exactly where to find the newlyweds to offer your congratulations. This guide will show you how.
Finding the Newlyweds During "Wedding Crashers"
After discovering Otto von Bergow won't attend Lord Semine's wedding, the quest shifts focus. To complete "Wedding Crashers," you must congratulate the newlyweds before leaving the festivities. However, neither Agnes nor Lord Semine are readily apparent.
If you have any other wedding-related tasks, complete them before seeking out Agnes. Talking to her immediately triggers the quest's conclusion and sends you to Trosky Castle. Most optional wedding activities occur before the ceremony.
You can talk to other wedding guests and ask about the newlyweds' whereabouts, but this yields no useful information. Skip this and head directly to Agnes. If you previously stole schnapps from the wine cellar, locating her will be easier.
Proceed to the main building. Near the stairs, you'll find a group of people talking. Opposite them, a guard stands by a door leading to the wine cellar. Agnes is inside, alone and upset, revealing the wedding didn't go as planned.
The Wedding Brawl
When you speak with Agnes, your dialogue choices are largely inconsequential; simply choose the option to congratulate the newlyweds. You'll discover Olda, her new husband, has already left without explanation – a common occurrence. Your conversation with Agnes will provide clues and potentially influence your choices in later quests, involving Semine or Hashek.
Regardless of your conversation, a brawl erupts in the cellar. You can wait it out or participate; the quest outcome remains the same. The fight culminates in a cutscene, resulting in Henry and Hans' imprisonment at Trosky Castle.
This concludes the "Wedding Crashers" quest. Your next main quest, "For Whom the Bell Tolls," involves a time-sensitive element impacting your reputation.
