Clash Royale Is Celebrating Its 9th Birthday with Tons of Challenges and a New Evolution!

Clash Royale is turning nine, and it's time for a massive celebration at the Arena! The 9th birthday season of Clash Royale is packed with new challenges, a fresh Evolution, and free chests for all players.

Grab Your Decks Because the Hunter Just Got an Upgrade!

The spotlight is on the Hunter, who is receiving a powerful upgrade that revolutionizes his control over the battlefield. The Hunter's Evolution now includes a Net that traps the nearest enemy troop, immobilizing them and preventing any attacks. If the trapped troop is flying, it gets pulled down to the ground, making it vulnerable to ground attacks. This makes the Hunter Evolution an exceptional choice for countering enemy pushes or supporting win-condition troops like the Royal Giant.

However, every card has its weaknesses. The Ice Spirit or Ice Golem can disrupt the Hunter before he can deploy his ability. So, be strategic and avoid these counters to ensure victory!

The Clash Royale 9th Birthday Season is Filled with Events and Challenges

The season is brimming with exciting events. The Hunter Evolution Draft, running from March 3rd to 10th, allows you to build decks featuring Card Evolutions. Following that, Evolutions Mayhem takes place from March 10th to 17th, where you can include up to four Evolution Cards in your deck.

Next up, Champion Triple Draft arrives on March 17th and lasts until March 24th, offering a strategic draft-based battle format. From March 24th to 31st, participate in the Mirror, Mirror challenge, which levels the playing field by providing both players with identical decks.

Finally, Evolutions Mayhem returns from March 31st to April 7th, this time allowing up to eight Evolution Cards for maximum impact. All these challenges come with their own rewards, including Banner Frames, Banner Decorations, and Season Tokens.

And because it's Clash Royale's birthday, there are free gifts available in the Supercell Store. Players in Arena 2-10 can claim a free King's Chest, while those in Arena 11 and above will receive a Legendary King's Chest.
