How to Brew Coffee in Wanderstop
In Ivy Road and Annapurna Interactive's Wanderstop, players manage a charming tea shop in a magical forest as Alta, a weary warrior finding solace in rest and rejuvenation. The shop attracts diverse customers with unique requests, including the unexpected: coffee. Here's how to unlock and brew this non-standard beverage.
Which Customers Want Coffee in Wanderstop?
During Wanderstop's fourth cycle, a unique bird-like customer arrives, followed by three indistinguishable businessmen (Jerry, Larry, and Terry). These suited gentlemen, en route to an important presentation, refuse tea, insisting on coffee. Their presence creates a challenge, as Boro, the shop's owner, confirms coffee doesn't naturally grow in the forest. However, the arrival of Zenith, an interdimensional being fascinated by the businessmen, changes everything. Zenith, unfamiliar with tea, provides the key to obtaining coffee.
How to Unlock Coffee Beans in Wanderstop
Prepare a cup of tea for Zenith, adding any valuable item—a book, trinket, plant, or even a photograph. After tasting, Zenith, comparing tea to their only known "hot water brewed ingredient"—coffee—reveals the need for "coffee beans." Zenith then uses their powers to introduce coffee beans to the forest, adding instructions to Alta's Field Guide.
How to Harvest and Brew Coffee in Wanderstop
Coffee beans, now growing wild, are harvested like other ingredients. Clean them in the dishwasher before brewing. Add water to the tea maker (heating is optional), add a coffee bean (or more, depending on the order), and brew as usual. Serve to customers, Boro, or yourself. Providing coffee satisfies the businessmen, delights Zenith, and offers a new option for all customers.
