The mission begins with Case and Marshall entering a Kentucky BioTech facility filled with toxic gas, necessitating gas masks. An elevator malfunction leads to a fall, gas mask breakage, and subsequent hallucinations. The player regains control after a cutscene.

Unlocking the First Door and Reaching the Security Desk

Locate a locked red-lit door. Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to pry it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to the central elevator. Activating the elevator triggers a mannequin-zombie transformation; eliminate them with the hatchet. A ringing phone at the circular desk directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (red, green, blue, yellow). You'll receive a map to the yellow card.
