Battle Crush Announces EOS Just Few Months After Early Access Launch
NCSoft has announced the end of service (EOS) for its multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) game, Battle Crush, much sooner than anticipated. The game, which only recently launched early access in June 2024 following a global test in August 2023, will be shutting down.
Battle Crush End of Service Date:
The official shutdown date for Battle Crush is November 29th, 2024. In-game purchases have already ceased. However, players who made purchases between June 27th, 2024, and October 23rd, 2024, are eligible for a refund.
Refunds for Android and Steam players can be requested between December 2nd, 2024, and January 2025. Players should download any desired content before November 28th, 2024, as the game will become inaccessible afterward. The official website will remain online until May 30th, 2025, for any necessary support. Social media and Discord channels will close on January 31st, 2025.
Unexpected Closure?
The early closure of Battle Crush is disappointing for players who invested time and resources. While enjoyable, the game's gameplay reportedly suffered from occasional clunkiness and pacing issues, ultimately contributing to its premature end.
You can still download and play Battle Crush on the Google Play Store before the November 29th shutdown. For more gaming news, check out our upcoming article on the story-driven Autumn Season quests in Black Desert Mobile.
