Assassin’s Creed’s Ezio is Ubisoft Japan’s Most Popular Character
Ubisoft Japan's 30th Anniversary Character Awards Crowns Ezio Auditore!
Ezio Auditore da Firenze, the iconic Assassin's Creed protagonist, has been voted the most popular character in Ubisoft Japan's 30th-anniversary celebration! This online poll, running from November 1st, 2024, saw fans vote for their top three favorite Ubisoft characters.
The results, announced on Ubisoft Japan's website and X (formerly Twitter), revealed Ezio as the clear winner. To mark this momentous occasion, Ubisoft Japan has created a special webpage featuring Ezio in a unique artistic style, along with four free downloadable wallpapers (available for PCs and smartphones). Furthermore, a lucky draw will award 30 fans with an Ezio acrylic stand set and 10 others with a limited-edition 180cm Ezio body pillow.
The top ten characters are:
- Ezio Auditore da Firenze (Assassin's Creed II, Brotherhood, Revelations)
- Aiden Pearce (Watch Dogs)
- Edward Kenway (Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag)
- Bayek (Assassin's Creed Origins)
- Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad (Assassin's Creed)
- Wrench (Watch Dogs)
- Pagan Min (Far Cry)
- Eivor Varinsdottir (Assassin's Creed Valhalla)
- Kassandra (Assassin's Creed Odyssey)
- Aaron Keener (The Division 2)
In a related poll, the Assassin's Creed franchise also claimed the top spot, surpassing Rainbow Six Siege and Watch Dogs. The Division and Far Cry rounded out the top five franchises.
