Experience authentic Japanese Mahjong gameplay! This game adheres to traditional Japanese rules. Tiles are selected by manipulating an on-screen slider; a tap finalizes the selection and discards the tile. The objective is to complete four melds and one pair. For example: [1, 2, 3][6, 6, 6][6, 7, 8][N, N, N][4, 4].
Note that certain hands are invalidated by actions like Chi, Pon, and Open Kan. Be mindful of the restrictions when using 1 and 9 tiles in Chi and Pon. Japanese Mahjong requires at least one hand. A higher-scoring hand can be achieved by paying 1000 points and declaring Reach, but Reach is unavailable after Chi, Pon, or Open Kan. Closed hands yield higher point values.
Regarding Lost Hands: A waiting hand becomes a Lost Hand if the player has previously discarded a winning tile. Even with a Lost Hand, self-draws remain possible, although a win cannot be declared from another player's discard. The key is to strategically anticipate and win from opponents' discards, avoiding Ron from the discarded tile.
