Inspired by classics like Fallout, Metro Exodus, Wasteland, Stalker, Mad Max, X-Com, DayZ, Project Zomboid, Rust, State of Decay, and Resident Evil, Mad Wasteland: Last Exodus offers a rich, immersive experience. The game features an expansive open-world map with procedurally generated locations, enemies, items, and encounters. Engage in physics-driven combat with realistic hit reactions and ragdoll death animations. Arm yourself with a variety of weapons, from hand-to-hand combat tools to firearms and explosive devices, including Miniguns, Flamethrowers, Chainsaws, Sniper Rifles, Gauss Rifles, Bows, RPGs, Lightsabers, Spears, and more.

Face a diverse array of enemies, including wild animals, zombies, ghouls, mutants, aliens, and robots. Equip yourself with various types of armor and gear, familiar to fans of post-apocalyptic settings. Collect resources, craft tools, and build shelters to endure the harsh environment. Experience the atmospheric 3D post-apocalyptic world from different camera angles, including first-person, third-person, and top-down perspectives, with a dynamic day/night cycle and changing weather conditions.
