Multicast Stream Recommendation: Use a UDP Proxy
For optimal multicast streaming, a UDP proxy is recommended. Here's how to set one up:
- Windows: Download and install UDP-to-HTTP proxy from http://borpas.info/download/UdpProxy.exe or enable the option during IP-TV Player installation (http://borpas.info/iptvplayer).
- Linux: Install udpxy (http://udpxy.com/index-en.html, http://sourceforge.net/projects/udpxy/).
- Best Solution: Install udpxy on your Wi-Fi router (compatible with DD-WRT (http://www.dd-wrt.com) and OpenWrt (https://openwrt.org) firmware). Some routers have built-in udpxy support.
