The Iași Bilet app simplifies your public transportation experience in Iași. This travel portal, provided by the Iași Public Transport Company, offers a comprehensive suite of features to make your commute easier.

Purchase tickets conveniently using your bank card. Plan your optimal route and track buses, trams, and trolleybuses in real time on an interactive map. After creating an account and linking a transport card, you can effortlessly top up your card with travel vouchers via secure online payment. Monitor your card balance and active tickets at any time.

Manage multiple transport cards from a single account, easily topping up e-wallets, purchasing subscriptions, and extending existing ones. Access a detailed history of all your transactions for easy reference. Eligible users can apply for subsidized profiles directly through the app, submitting supporting documents for approval. Once approved, access discounted or free fares.

Businesses collaborating with the transport directorate can manage their card portfolios via the web portal or mobile app. Receive timely notifications on your device or by email regarding ticket purchases, expiration dates, and other important card actions.

Plan your journey efficiently by inputting your starting point (your current location or a custom location) and destination (address, point of interest, station, or a custom pin). Save frequently used locations for quicker access. The app displays estimated arrival times at the nearest station, travel duration, and necessary line changes. It dynamically tracks vehicle locations to provide real-time updates.

View complete or partial line routes on the map, save your favorite lines, and receive alerts about potential service disruptions that may affect your trip. Easily search for lines and view real-time vehicle locations. Select a station to see all lines serving it, along with their next three arrival times and schedules.

Locate nearby ticket sales points on the map and view their operating hours. The app is available in Romanian and English, adapting to your device's language settings.
