CitNOW Bodyshop, part of CitNOW's suite of automotive video applications, streamlines the vehicle damage assessment process. It uses video and still images to meticulously document collision damage and pre-existing damage, including smart repairs and retail work. This comprehensive record is quickly and easily shared with insurers and vehicle owners via the app for instant approval.
The intuitive interface allows assessors to seamlessly mark and capture still images of specific areas during video recording without interruption. Following the video recording, high-resolution photographs can be added, all linked to the same video file for a complete record. Recipient details are entered directly into the app, triggering email or text notifications with a short, mobile-friendly web link for quick review and approval—saving time and money for all parties involved.
CitNOW Bodyshop accelerates the approval process, boosts profitability through increased retail upselling opportunities, and provides an irrefutable record of vehicle condition. The application is approved for use by major insurers, including Admiral and Aviva.
