Ultra Beasts Poised for July Return in Pokémon GO

Pokémon GO's "Inbound from Ultra Space" event brings back Ultra Beasts! This five-day extravaganza, running July 8-13, 2024, features nine Ultra Beasts in five-star raids. However, geographical limitations apply, with several Ultra Beasts appearing as regional exclusives. Asia-Pacific players will encounter Xurkitree, EMEA and India players will face Pheromosa, while Buzzwole is exclusive to the Americas and Greenland. Stakataka and Blacephalon are limited to the Eastern and Western Hemispheres, respectively, and Celesteela and Kartana are confined to the Southern and Northern Hemispheres.

Timed Research quests will also award encounters with these Ultra Beasts, with Stakataka and Blacephalon boasting special Pokédex backgrounds. New backgrounds are also up for grabs from raids and wild catches. The event includes bonuses like an increased daily Remote Raid Pass limit (20, rising to unlimited from July 12-14) and guaranteed Candy XL for trading (Trainers level 31+).

Shiny versions of the starred Pokémon may appear. Raid Hours (6-7 PM local time) will feature the daily raid Pokémon.

Timed Research: Offers encounters with all featured Ultra Beasts, including Stakataka and Blacephalon with special backgrounds.

Event Bonuses: Increased Remote Raid Pass limits and guaranteed Candy XL for trades (level 31+).

Inbound from Ultra Space Ticket: Available for purchase (US$5 or equivalent) from July 8-14, offering additional XP, Stardust bonuses, extra Candy and Candy XL from five-star raids, and up to two free Raid Passes from Gym Photo Discs. Pokémon GO Fest 2024 attendees get even more Raid Passes. The ticket also includes significant Candy XL for various Ultra Beasts.

New Backgrounds: Special backgrounds can be obtained from Raid Battles.

Global Challenge: A global challenge runs July 7-12 (PDT), unlocking Beast Balls for Ultra Beast encounters during Pokémon GO Fest 2024 if completed. Successful completion also boosts Party Power charging speed in Party Play until July 13.

Pokémon GO Web Store Offers: Special bundles featuring items like storage upgrades, Raid Passes, Incubators, and Battle Passes are available.
